Stories for Caregivers is looking for bold, creative ideas that explore the realities, joys, and challenges of unpaid family caregiving in Canada.

If your short-form web series concept aligns with our mission, this could be the platform—and the opportunity—you’ve been waiting for.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome proposals for short-form web series that:

  • Speak to Canadian caregiver audiences
  • Contain a minimum of 8 episodes (3–6 minutes each)
  • Are produced in Canada and meet CAVCO content requirements
  • Are either scripted or unscripted (e.g., drama, doc, comedy, lifestyle)
  • Have broad appeal and potential to engage audiences nationwide
  • Budget to deliver in both English and French (via dubbing or closed captioning), and include described video

Selected projects will receive a license agreement from S4C Media, giving you the platform support needed to apply for funding from TELUS Fund and other Canadian financing bodies.
