In this episode we meet Mitzi, a Montreal-based yoga teacher, accountant and above all else, a caregiver. Stepping up when her father was diagnosed with ALS, Mitzi takes us through her daily life as a caregiver, conveying both the rewards, the struggles and the personal sacrifice the role has taken on her. Sharing how she’s dealt with the reality of her father aging and falling ill to this incurable disease, we’ll hear the advice and knowledge she hopes to share with those who find themselves in similar situations.
