Caregiver Shelley is grieving the death of her husband and tries to give her uncomfortable friend a pass, unsure how to be around illness, death, and dying. As the inappropriate comments mount, the Care-y Godmother steps in and takes the wheel — calling out the harm of telling a caregiver how she should feel after loss. Nobody gets to decide that.
